Every accept and reject makes the next ranking better

The people who staff work know things no dataset does. FitRank records each decision with its reason, follows up on how placements went, and learns from it, with an admin approving every change.

Feedback that becomes training data

The problem

Staffing tools rarely find out whether their suggestions were any good. Without real outcomes, the ranking never improves and nobody can prove it helps.

How it works

  1. 1A manager accepts a person or rejects them with a reason: skill gap, level, domain or timing.
  2. 2Six weeks after a start, FitRank asks how it went: working well, struggling or released early.
  3. 3Decisions become training examples; planning reasons such as availability are kept out because they say nothing about fit.
  4. 4The final scorer retrains overnight on new decisions and tells admins what changed. An admin decides whether to switch it on.

Questions about decisions, outcomes and learning

Does FitRank change its own model automatically?

No. Retraining runs overnight and admins are told what changed, but a new scorer is only used after an admin switches it on.

Is written feedback read with names attached?

No. Names are removed first, and feedback is grouped into themes in a weekly report that admins accept or dismiss.
