Roles, secure sign-in and a full audit trail

FitRank is built to hold people decisions: every request is checked against a role, every company's data is walled off in the database, and every decision can be exported.

FitRank users and roles: HR, admin, resource managers and a read-only viewer, with role pickers, password reset and deactivate actions
Who can sign in and what they can do

The problem

People data needs tighter controls than most internal tools give it, and auditors want a record of who decided what, with which model.

How it works

  1. 1Give each user a role: admin, resource manager, HR or read-only viewer. Temporary passwords must be changed at first sign-in.
  2. 2Passwords are hashed, tokens are short-lived with a secure refresh cookie, and repeated failed sign-ins lock the account.
  3. 3Row-level security in the database means a missing filter returns nothing rather than another company's data.
  4. 4Export a CSV of every recommendation and decision: model, versions, score, band and what the manager did.
FitRank audit export: download a spreadsheet of every recommendation with model version, score, band and the manager's decision
Every decision, exportable

Questions about roles, sign-in and audit

Can one company see another company's data?

No. Every record belongs to one company and the database enforces it with row-level security.

Does FitRank support single sign-on?

Not yet. Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on is on the roadmap and is prioritised with early-access customers.
