What each person brings, and a profile a client can see

A value card shows what a person has delivered and where they could go next. One click turns it into a clean profile you can send to a client.

FitRank employee value card: estimated revenue billed, clients served, managers' rating, margin on billable work, best next task and project history
What a person is worth to delivery

The problem

Delivery leads can't see what each person is worth to the business, and client CVs are rebuilt by hand for every proposal.

How it works

  1. 1See estimated revenue billed, clients served, managers' rating and margin on billable work.
  2. 2See the best next task, current work, project history and skills.
  3. 3Open the client profile: experience, key skills and projects, with no costs, ratings, revenue or other clients' names.
  4. 4Print it or save it as a PDF.
