When nobody inside fits, hand it to HR in one click

No internal fit becomes a tracked request, not an email. HR gets one home page for open requests, tasks nobody inside can take, the candidate pipeline and files due for deletion.

The problem

When the bench can't cover a task, the request reaches HR as an email with half the details, and nobody can see where it stands.

How it works

  1. 1The manager asks HR for one to ten candidates, straight from the task.
  2. 2HR sees the request on HR home, with the task's skills, level, dates and the manager's note.
  3. 3HR uploads resumes, sends the best fits to the manager and tracks each candidate from new to hired or not taken.
  4. 4The manager marks each candidate as a fit or not, and the request is closed.
