Clean people data, because matching is only as good as profiles

FitRank shows how ready your people data is for matching, and makes it quick to fix: edit records, confirm profiles every six months, and bring data in from a spreadsheet.

FitRank company view: data health for 720 employees with missing information, profiles due for review and ready counts, and the employee table
People data you can trust before matching

The problem

Matching fails quietly when profiles are out of date: missing skills, old levels, no project history. Nobody notices until the wrong person is suggested.

How it works

  1. 1The data-health view counts profiles with missing information, profiles due for review and profiles ready for matching.
  2. 2Edit an employee's skills (level, years, last used), leave, business unit and details; every change is audited.
  3. 3Import clients, employees and skills from CSV. Preview first, map your own level, practice and skill names, and only valid rows are saved.
  4. 4Each person shows their business unit and its head, for context only. It never filters anyone out.

Questions about employee records and csv import

Can we import from our HRMS?

Yes, from a CSV export. You map your own level, practice and skill names during import. Direct HRMS connectors are on the roadmap.

Is anything saved before we check the file?

No. Every row is checked first, problems are listed, and nothing is saved until you confirm.
